Louis Kempeneers was born in 1998 in Liege, Belgium. He completed his high school education in 2017, focusing on option courses in expressive arts. Subsequently, he pursued his studies at IAD (Institut des Arts de Diffusion) with a major in directing. During his first master's workshop, he co-directed Cléo et Max with another student, Solenn Crozon. La Balade des Gens Heureux is his graduation film.
This delightfully absurd romance, with its comedic and touching ups and downs, takes us on a journey of self-discovery where we often play roles and overlook our true selves.
